16st-2lbs Noticed my trousers were getting looser so hopped on the scales this morning to confirm this bit of a loss of weight. I guess the current heat wave 😎has a lot to do with it. I’ve been eating porridge and prunes for dinner every night to save cooking a meal and sweltering over a hot stove.😅 Need a haircut this week to get on a different wavelength 💇♂️. Wish I could find some navy blue shirts to fit, even the Next ones I tried in collar 19 were hard to move my arms in.
