:-) Vol au vents at a party :-) And to follow, bacon and more bacon next day, in this heat, so I drank and drank and drank (water only of course), but look how it's stayed. All be gone soon :-) This is the downside of bacon days especially in heat like this, you get a very major thirst on. I doubt very much it's harmful in any way though. Oh, and my friend Rebecca's here later so we'll be doing a restaurant tonight or tomorrow and anything goes as we only do it twice a year. Haven't done weights for a time now but I'm consistently working on strengthening my abs under direction from my physio. I can still deadlift 290lbs off pins, I do it once a fortnight or so to check how it feels. Well, seriously heavy is how it feels, but I can still do it :-)
