disappointed. kept calories reasonable and low carbs. expected to be a bit higher due to sodium bloat but not this much :( finally felt like I was making progress this week
62.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
