500AM. 18.5% I was grumpy last night and couldn't sleep. I didn't ride my bicycle yesterday because I felt tired. Not sure if being tired or not exercising caused me to be grumpy. Also went to the dentist, which is never fun, and an implant may have to be removed next week. Also found out I have a sinus infection and started meds to treat. Going back to bed!
70.0 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Biking can be very addictive much like your running! Wish I could learn to like running but that isn't going to happen! I try to bike 5 times a week.
