Been so good this week, not gone over my calories, exercised every morning and not lost anything! It’s so disheartening and doesn’t give me any incentive to carry on 😞😢
71.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try not to get too down about it, if you’ve exercised every morning it could be muscle gain that’s stopped the scales from moving. Do you take your measurements as well? X

You get to a plateau sometimes. Also variations in hormones can affect water retention and how ... erm ... “active” your gut is. Don’t give up - the figure on the scales isn’t the whole story 👍🏻

Give it time and stick at it its more than likely muscle gain combine with Phooka's points... And as Rie little said too measurements are more accurate xx
