I have not eat any type of sugar for the last couple of days. Just proteins vegetables and some watermelon.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes indeed, especially for me that I have osteoarthritis and ankylosis spondylitis ( a type of arthritis in the vertebrae. Thank you for your support
