Well, it's fine.
Especially that I was exactly the same weight as last week just yesterday. And today, boom, a pound off! 😲

Summer party later today, BBQ and picnic outside. It might be challenging, both foodwise and because of that heat again. And I'm on my period. Sitting on the grass might not be what I'm looking forward today, but hey, it's my husband's work colleagues and bosses so I'll be there for him.

Dave absolutely fabulous I have lost 15lb in two and a half weeks 👍, kept to 3 meals no snacks + 2 games of golf ⛳

Thanks guys, love you all xx Picnic was great, I met my husband's work mates and bosses, lovely people! Food was good as well - had one chicken and one veggie shashlik, lots of salad and even more water, it was sooo hot! No dessert/cake. Feeling good 😎

Haha GG try cinnamon if you like it 🙂 they are a little piece of heaven 😍 Bought salted caramel yesterday, good but not even close to cinnamon 🙃

I only popped into the Tesco express to buy shower gel with a fiver in my hand .. shower gel was £1 and the vanilla was £4.. job done 👍 The cinnamon was £5 or 2 for £7, maybe next time😉 Can’t believe the carb content😉 Thanks soooo much for the recommendation my Friend ❤️😉
