658 AM. 18.5 % Great 90 minute bicycle ride last night. 23 miles and 2600 feet of climbing. But I didn't eat good food yesterday. Really looking forward to going to a wedding tonight ( I guess they aren't superstitious!). Planning on my calorie intake being way more than what I burn today for the first time since I started tracking calories closely.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
