I am very pleased. All the hard work is finally paying off. Last week I was so down, but weeping may indure for the night. but joy comes in the morning. Thank you Jesus.
63 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
