And there's another pound, but MAN, I hate the way I look at this weight! I just need to be patient and take it one lb at a time. My goal this weekend is to NOT have weekend weight-gain. I'll weigh in Monday to see how I've done.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's a really good goal; I'm trying to get control over myself on the weekends, too. Lack of structure is my problem. Weekends are relaxing (usually) and I drift into bad habits. Or they're full of entertainment and I get seduced by lovely food. I'm trying to do better. I've scheduled myself to do a big DIY project this weekend so maybe that will burn off a calorie or two.
