So my bro has come back from overseas on a flying visit the first thing he says is that I look in great shape and also a trainer at the gym this morning said I had done well and was looking very trim. Nice to be appreciated and noticed by others!
77 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
