Oi oi! Just did 48h on 480 kcal and it seems to work! Been living on rice crackers and tea.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aww well done! What crackers do you eat? The only ones I found I actually like are annoyingly high in calories! Too be fair they are chocolate ones so can't moan too much! 😅

I had the tesco ones. They're lightly salted and I actually don't miss the chocolate coating! For a low calorie lunch, I once had a couple with cream cheese, onion, capers and smoked salmon. It was delish! They're also great with things like tahini, hummus, guacamole and soft cheese.
