昨天吃法國吐司早午餐 +晚上滷肉飯全吃完所以升了不太意外~
早上量體重一下55 一下54.9 為了明天不要因為升了而難過所以紀錄55🤣
55 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
