As expected after 3 days of celebrating. Liquids only, low carb day(s) can correct this. Believe it or not, not discouraged, rather relieved that this upswing was slight and I'm now looking forward to a cup of hot water when I get in the office because my head is back in the game. Onward

My weight was up a couple of pounds too today - but only because I was away for the weekend. It will soon go down again for both of us, Ches 😊
