4.4 lbs lost. However, I suspect it may have to do with the fact that I have not eaten until noon. I just moved and I am having serious trouble already. Mostly no hot water to take a shower and less storing space in the kitchen in this townhouse than the apartment I just moved out from. So that took all morning. At least I have a basement!
I'll have to buy some food so I can make normal meals again.
