Stayed the same weight but pleased so far as I am starting to enjoy my workout more and seeing the fruits of my labours. Lost another inch round my waist but thats the least of my concerns just happy to feel the way i feel and appreciate what it takes to be in peak physical condition. I have a lot more respect and appreciating for what people put themselves through to achieve long term goals. In three weeks time i will have completed my program but it has definitely changed the way i look at exercise and nutrition and looking after myself a bit better.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
