2 lbs on :-(
But it has been TT week and I’m sure the calories in my pints were high, but I didn’t count them lol so I’m happy with only 2 lbs and I’m sure they will be gone this week 👍🏼
137.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Has the weather been good for the TT? It's a great atmosphere but not conducive to passing up the odd pint here or there, is it? Back to it and I'm sure you'll be fine

The weather was absolutely awesome 😎 in the 20s+ for the whole fortnight. So I was more grazing during the day and not making the best choices. Lots of bread and carbs :-( it doesn’t help that we only have 1 main place to shop and the shelves are almost bare for the two weeks with all the extra people on the island lol Thanks for the encouragement xx
