My went up on my scale, I have incorporated exercise workout twice a day, once in the morning and before I go to bed, so I'm hoping that its muscle, I will start weight once a week to see. Have a good day, and Happy Sunday!
119.2 kg Lost so far: 87.5 kg.    Still to go: 119.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
