I'm eating only between 8am and 2pm, a 6 hour window. I might extend it to 6 till 2 actually as it's difficult cramming my usual calories in in that brief time-frame. I'm not practising caloric restriction, I stress, just timing when I'm eating. I'm barely hungry in the evenings, which is odd but something of a relief. My weight's dropping again. Let's see if it continues and stays off.
