I haven't eaten for 17 hours and I've fasted for over 48 hours this week and still I'm gaining. Is the only way to lose weight not eating at all?
59.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
