Wow a massive gain again! Just proves that u cannot have treat or cheat day! Back to 750 a day for me to lose measley amounts Getting nowhere

750 isn’t enough! Maybe try changing what you are eating and eat at least 1200 cals of unprocessed healthy foods. Eat good fats! Your body will thank you and you will see the number go down if you stick with it.

I agree, you need more. your body will store your calories because you're underfeeding it.
