I didn't weight yesterday because I felt I was carrying a lot of water (due to my carbs going over 50 because of a cup of hot chocolate the night before). A five mile run the next day fixed that :)
85.3 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
