Not impressed at all this week..

Weekend was nice and active tho.
We had Friday and Saturday cycling sessions, which we enjoyed so much! We're both very into it and time spend together makes us happy!

Don't really know how to boost weight loss again.
* breakfast is either overnight millet flakes with Greek yogurt, chia, coconut and fruits / smoothie with water or almond milk
* lunch is always my salad with grilled chicken breast
* dinner is various or I'm skipping it and eat fruit/yogurt
It might be the size of portions? But breakfast/lunch is always the same so dinner then?
Looks like I'm keeping the calorie intake on the right level or below, burning around 650 on average a day.
* water intake - 2x 800ml water with lemon&cucumber + 2x big mugs of herbal tea

So yeah. A bit disheartened this week scalewise..

Have a sunny Monday FS Friends ☉

Personally I would up the water intake a bit but then I have about 4-5 600ml bottles plus a large coffee and occasional herb or green teas. Maybe have a couple of days of completely different meals to shake it up a bit? If you need a portable breakfast, make a couple of flat omelettes, like wraps, with a couple of eggs then stuff them with avocado and bacon or salmon. You don’t need vast amounts but it’s really filling and will keep you going until lunchtime. Google some different salad ideas to see if the change of veg has an effect. Have fun experimenting and don’t get too downhearted. Have a great week 🤗

Thanks Phooka! So it might ne lack of food variety? I'm thinking about cooking veg soup and froze it for later, I'm not really comfortable with fit cooking yet tbh.. I need to get deeper into it..

I'm not saying it's right but I've read a lot of people saying "shake it up a bit" and since you're eating pretty much the same thing for each meal, it might just do it. If you keep to your macros and targets, the worst you'll be doing is giving your body some more variety. take care!

I agree about shaking things up a bit and make sure you’re eating enough calories! Maybe try a couple days of high calories then a few low to keep your metabolism fired up. I think you’re doing so well though—good job!!

Pauly hmmm it might be a hit - I'm not buying any fat frees as I was never a fan of it, but yogurt and fruits.. Dairy in general.. I'm not drinking normal milk at all, unsweetened almond milk is always in my fridge. But I'm eating quite a lot of Greek yogurt - breakfast and lunch as a dressing. Maybe switching off to plant one or dairy free? Would it be still good as a dressing? As I tried coconut yogurt and it was a miss for this purpose. Fruits - I'm having a raspberry phase now. Strawberries. Kiwi. Pears. Gave up every day bananas. I think that would be it.

Do you have sore muscles after exercise? If that is the case then your body retains water to repair muscle fibres which is a good thing because you would have more muscle mass in the long term. Wait for a few days and you will see a drop

I do actually! Especially after ABS excersises. Well here is hope then. Should I increase water intake? I'll stay on track, reduce yogurt and wait for it.

Do you really need breakfast? Try 16:8 or a 24 hour fast.

You went down, be proud! I find it so hard to shift weight, either eating too much or not enough. Feel like it’s a fine balance or even luck at times. Keep going 🙂

Snailrunner I'm doing IF 15:9 (6pm - 9am) but I do need to eat at 9am I'm afraid.. Janie ❤

Aguuulek check the ingredients on everything, you’d be surprised how much sugars they sneak in there Your doing so well keep it up I’m on I.F but find myself dribbling as I watch everyone else scoffing their food, managed to shift a fair bit of body fat, just can’t get the last bit gone, might help if I can resist the sweets 🍬
