Its been fun now back to business! I did notice that the aches and pains came back quickly after eating high carbs and the sweet tooth came back way to easy. Lesson learned time to move forward!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
