Really happy with the results of my first week!
126.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found on the web this it’s called James Duncan diet It’s Not from a company it’s all free and it’s the only one which has foods I like to eat and isn’t complicated in terms of measuring etc plus they talk about it being for nhs and operations It sounds a sensible plan to me? http://www.jaduncan.com/2006/04/how-i-lost-stone-in-week.html?m=1 Might be worth a look?
