87d。32/31。bmi22。昨天 真的吃太多。根本是这2個星期來都大吃大喝亂吃亂喝。 昨还吃 希臘優格 麥克雞塊 。 總之現世報,心裡有數。自己貪吃,怪不了別人。今天我要乖一點。但明天週六又要聚餐,肯定又是大爆碳吃滿滿的碳水化合物了。😅😅。
