Great Thursday - have tweaked my workouts and a little bit on the food intake and I'm able to stay below 160 (which I have not been since high school). Thanks for the support in my journey to a healthier me
71.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
