Today I am continuing the liquid diet. However, I am cutting the calories down from 900 to 400 (no vanilla shakes today). Tomorrow I plan to go to water only for 2 1/2 days.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
