Bit of an increase, got to get to grips with this maintaining malarkey 🙃
67.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

You won't be able to maintain your weight to the exact gram / pound. You need to decide upon a range that's acceptable to you. Maybe 1-2kg above and below your target weight (you'll know what's right by how your clothes are fitting). Then as long as you're in that range, you're fine. All the best (and well done for getting here)

It's a yo-yo thing. In some respects its worse than dieting. Phooka pretty much summed it up though.
