Not too bad. I tried creatine again, this time at the end of the workout (as opposed to before as is normally recommended) but weight still crept on. This is a good trick to bear in mind for when I'm back to person size though :-=)
137.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

Doesn't creatine make you retain water regardless of when you take it though?
