Well, Bob (my husband) came home last Friday (July 6, 2012), after spending about 16 months in hospital and then nursing home. He's very weak and still rehabilitating, so I have to keep a gait belt on him when he walks (with walker)... sooooooooo... I'm getting more exercise lol than I was. And I've lost 2 lb in about a week.
