3lb gain my own fault enjoyed a night in with friends good food and too much Gin! Made amends today and walked up the wrekin 20k and nearly 30,000 steps!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
