I weighted myself 4 times just to be sure! lost In a week exactly what I put on over previous two weeks!! So happy especially that I was out last night at an engagement party. Now to make sure I stick with sensible choices over the bank holiday. in Jersey we have an additional one on Wednesday 😁 I feel much more toned and enjoy my boxing sessions more and more pushing myself every time that little but further. I can do like 15 push ups now 😂😂😂 Have a great week everyone xx
