First loss I've decided I need to cut my sodium intake.... It's nice to decide things :P from my biggest 5 or 6 weeks ago I've lost 33lbs :)
143.8 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
