so. I am behaving and gaining. BUT there is unusual activity. ( painting an open ceiling in the basement) . no idea how to figure exercize points for that. all i know is I AM SORE. so im hoping this gain is new muscles.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sore muscles and exercise can cause weight gain. I usually track something based on how much energy I'm using and for how long. like Vacuuming for an hour.
