Yesterday I did a 5 mile run then walked 5000 steps with my wife. So tired yesterday I had to take a short nap :) I ate a lot however. However, directly after my exercise in the heat the scale went down to 200... then I drank a gallon of water.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
