Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Yum!
Today I am going to try to get through the day drinking water only. Not sure I will make it.
The only reason I am considering it is that I am on day 4 of the liquid diet and my hunger is down to nothing. Yes I want to eat, but it is only mental. My energy level is actually higher than normal.
