Although some days are higher then your goal, your are doing good on your weight loss, keep up the good work 🙂 and try not to lose motivation

Thanks Sakiewicz , Have a great day!!! yes, I am doing the 5:2 diet, I am having two days with only 500 calories, but I ate more than 2000 Friday and Saturday 😐

Chart is incomplete (missing the y axis) so its not really telling a complete story. It looks like you will want to reign in on portion control a little. If you are unsure about a serving size, go small and figure it out later. But, as Sakiewicz says, you are loosing weight so you are doing something right. Hats off..

I know, after all I'm not doing to bad, it's just that I'm surprised how a plate of food can have 1500 calories plus drink, I guess I have to get used to seeing those amounts, and not to go eat out very often

Hi, I noticed you've done a great job of steadily losing weight. I was wondering how long you've been on the 5:2 diet? Also, how frequently do you exercise weekly? Thanks for any advice you can share. Slsmitty

I have one month doing Intermittent Fasting, 16/8, OMAD, and this last week was my first week with the 5:2 , I don't do a certain diet, I eat a lot of good fats, and also the good carbs: fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread, Quinoa, parboiled rice, eggs, oatmeal, etc , I don't like to eat under 1200 calories per day, I tried but it did not work for me. I am doing 30 minutes of strength workout 3 or 4 days a week and walking 2 or 4 days a week

But I read that if one day you lower your calories and another day you increase calories your body burns more calories than when you have a very low deficit every day, I have to tell you that it's not easy for me to eat only 500 calories haha, but it's going to be two days, so. why not try it
