A week of plateau as I get my organisation back together! Exercise and food planning is back but cravings have jumped in... commitment and focus are on their way back!!!
91.5 kg Lost so far: 46.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
