Happy Anniversary to my Husband and I today. The trip that we took over the weekend was great. Got a couple miles in on Sunday and took (at least) a mile hike doing some light rock climbing yesterday. I did not eat the greatest and will wait to step on the scale until after my period subsides some. Give myself a chance to get rid of some of this bloating. I am happy to be home and back to my regular foods. I don't feel as yucky and was ready to get back to it.
It is a rainy day today and that is okay because I am tired and looking forward to a nap this afternoon.
