Believe or not - salmon for the first time in my life. I'm not a fish eater, so it's a big thing..

Lovely Salmon. It’s always good with lemon a bit of dill or garlic and light onion. 🙋🏻I’ve never been big on fish. You just have to make sure what you eat is VERY fresh or fresh frozen. Otherwise it’s nasty. Fish shouldn’t really smell or taste fishy. LOL I’ve found I really like white fishes as well. Simply prepared are the best!

Guys it was.. fishy. So I'm guessing not the best way to introduce fish into my diet.. I'll try again with better quality one!

Make sure on fish when you buy it that it doesn’t smell like fish and that you cook it or freeze it immediately. 💁🏻‍♀️I’m picky because I don’t really like it. It has to be by itself and fresh or I throw it out! You can now buy flash frozen fish that can be cooked straight from frozen so there is no reason for eating not fresh stuff. The frozen fillets have a skin on one side that you slip your fork under and can just peel back if you don’t want to eat it. (I don’t! 🤭)But I’m lazy enough to like these because I can microwave steam them in a frw tablespoons of water and lemon juice with some garlic salt and avdash of onion powder and dill and just about any 3oz or 4 oz piec of fish is out and done in 2-4 minutesat the very most.🙋🏻
