Woke at 211.4, down 5.6 from yesterday after a gigantic water whoosh overnight. Now that’s what a fasting day is supposed to do for you! Have a great day! UPDATE: Got a ton of exercise today as I moved Em into new her new apartment. (One of these days this girl will find a place that is NOT on the third floor!) Lots of steps and lots of floors! She took us out to dinner afterward and we enjoyed the meal you see in the photos. Ended up at 210.6 before bed, so that's a new low for the year. Ate over on calories and carbs but not too much.
