Reached a plateau over the last few weeks but this was expected and pretty positive when I look at all the stresses that I’ve had to combat at work. I’ll aim to remain consistent over the holiday and get back on the band wagon in the new year :-)
95.8 kg Lost so far: 42.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
