After weeks of fighting my weight it has been up and down like a yo yo, This week I gave up, and have just been eating normally, and apart from today the weight has been sitting at a steady 232 lbs every day. Apart from this morning, my official weigh in day! Only nod to dieting I have made this week is not eating until 11:00 - 11:30.

The only thing I can suggest is smaller portions, filling up on fruit and veg (which I know you're not keen on). That, and keeping yourself out of the kitchen! Have a good day, Jocko.
