Woke at 212.8, down 3.6 from yesterday as I continue to evacuate stored water and bulk. Very happy with the Lasix and slimming tea I've been using to counter my daily meds. Also, three large glasses of red wine last night. This was quite a surprise after hitting 214.8 just last night. Back to work tomorrow and I expect to gain during the work week but then lose on the weekends. UPDATE: More working from home and taking it easy. Weighed 213.6 before dinner, so the 212.8 from this morning is today's keeper. Extra calories and carbs from the wine will require adjustment.
