A 2lb gain after a week's holiday abroad is not bad!!! Tried to keep to my regime and it appears to have worked as previous holidays have shown the opposite!
111.5 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
