So I have decided to not eat meat in the week to see if that helps me to shift a bit of weight, on day 3 and I'm feeling better. My brother in law is a vegetarian so we had some food left over from the weekends bbq and I must say the cauldron Lincolnshire sausages were lovely, they actually taste like stuffing! (Quite surprised) The quorn peppered steaks on the other hand leave a lot to be desired, more like peppered chewing gum, yak ☺️
