I was good yesteday until the evening. The DH had their second show of the fundraiser they were doing and we went out to dinner afterwards. I did not make good choices - carb wise or calorie wise for that matter. Had a burger and fries. So today back to hitting it hard. Still not feeling 100% but feel better than I did on Saturday, for sure.

So today I have my shakes....need to plan for dinner. I am thinking hot wings. That is always a good way for me to do low carb and get back on track. Tomorrow will probably be taco salad for me and tacos for the DH and daughter.

Not sure if I will make gym today. Our kitchen sink is stopped up and will depend on when plumber comes and also how well I feel come the afternoon. I need to get some cleaning done today too.
