Weekend quite bad diet wise, yesterday there was a retirement party at work where we all took in something. We could make it, bake it or buy it. I just took in some nuts and sausages. But OMG the stuff people baked etc, Cup cakes with fresh cream and strawberries, eclairs with fresh cream and dark chocolate which i had just one and a couple of nibbles too. But they alone were about 700 cals. I can see why i put so much weight on before. Thank goodness i have more control now than i did 6 months ago.
So I weighed myself this morning and surprisingly was 154.4, so i had only put on .2 of a pound, Phew!

This morning I have had a long walk with the dogs and then swimming for 45 minutes. I really want to try and get to 153 pounds by Friday when I weigh in. Today my son has made a creamy chicken and mushroom pie, so the plan is i will only have a small piece and then lots of vegetables and no potatoes!

Well done on will power - you definitely should claim some FFBB points for that. Today sounds like it's been good, though. If the weather's been like it is here it will have been a great day for dog walks.

How many FFBB points 2? Yes it's not been bad here at all. I am hoping it's good tomorrow too, as it's back to work on Wednesday. 😣

Well done, Debbie 😀 Funnily enough, 700 calories is a fifth of the 3500 that it takes to put on a pound! Funny how that works, isn't it? Lol!
