For buddies, who weigh every day, you may like to use a site like TrendWeight.com. You input the weight daily, and it smooths out the noise. Here is my chart (from Hacker's Diet Online, which allows you to do a image from your graph), since I started weighing daily.
The black line is my daily weights.
The red line is the smoothed trend.
The yellow line was my hoped for track!

You went a bit off piste there in December, didn't you, Jocko? I did too. Good to see your chart going back down again though. I stopped using Trendweight when my weight stalled 🙄

It is the diet story in a nutshell. First you lose, then you plateau, then it starts to go back on again.

Lol - yes that's the cynical way of looking at it but we can beat that, can't we Jocko? Onwards and downwards for us both from now on 🙂

So true Jocko sounds a bit like my dieting History..... I wish my brain would just tell my mouth to stop stuffing food into it!!! That would Solve my problem straight away
